EKOSTAR FLOW laminar flow cabinets in the BIOHAZARD (BH) configuration are Class II biosafety cabinets (BSC) ensuring protection for the work process, the processed product or the material from bacteriological or particulate contamination from the outside and protection for the user against the possible harmful effects of the substances being processed or handled.
These cabinets are perfect for use wherever work operations need to be performed in an aseptically clean or dust-free environment and where the user needs protection from the effects of the substances that are worked on inside the cabinet.

To secure the highest possible level of safety within Class II specifications, all of our biohazard cabinets are in the B2 configuration. Air streams (intake and return) do not mix during the operation, which provides the 100% exhaust of all air contaminated with the substances or materials processed in the workspace.
