Women in Health is a global initiative that connects and empowers female leaders shaping the future of healthcare.

MEDICA visitors can participate in an inspiring full-day program on 17 November 2026, as part of the MEDICA INNOVATION FORUM, featuring networking, innovation, and engaging panel discussions and presentations.

High caliber roundtable | "Women in Health – Closing gender gaps in healthcare"

11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Table captains and inspiring female experts will moderate curated roundtables on the topics of AI, innovation & entrepreneurship, gender-specific medicine and diversity, certification and regulation of medical devices, financing & investments, and personal branding. A unique opportunity to network meaningfully and exchange ideas in a relaxed, open setting.

MEDICA tour or MEDICA START-UP COMPETITION (Hall 12)

Leading health tech start-ups, selected from several hundred submissions, will present their innovations live to a jury of experts and the audience – a showcase of cutting-edge innovations.

Women in Health x MEDICA Start-up NIGHT (Hall 17)

Network with drinks, snacks, music, and a great atmosphere at the exclusive after-party.
