On the other hand, the topic of sustainability is also becoming increasingly important in the procurement of laboratory equipment, as both energy-intensive equipment and high material consumption are key cost factors for laboratory operators. Finally, the high consumption of resources in the laboratory sector also has a negative impact on the climate and the environment.
