MEDICA Puts Resilience on the Agenda with a New Conference

With the 1st German Health Resilience Conference, MEDICA is expanding its programme to include a new format aimed at strengthening resilient healthcare systems. Organised in cooperation with the German Health Alliance (GHA), the conference will make its debut from 16 to 19 November as part of MEDICA 2026 and will bring together decision-makers from healthcare, politics, industry, and disaster and civil protection.

The focus will be on strategic and operational aspects of resilience – ranging from hospital and crisis management through to cyber resilience and stable supply chains. The aim is to facilitate an interdisciplinary exchange on concrete solutions for a resilient healthcare system under real-world crisis conditions.

Further information on the programme and speakers for each day of the conference will be available when the MEDICA ticket shop opens in July. The conference will be conducted in German.
